Every Fourth of July looks pretty much the same for our family — and we wouldn’t have it any other way. An afternoon at the community pool with burgers on the grill and kids splashing around, then out to the field behind our house as the neighbors gather to watch Greenville’s fireworks light up the sky.

Simple stuff. But it reminds us how lucky we are to live in a country where families can gather freely and celebrate together.

We’re grateful for the men and women of our military who’ve defended our freedoms — the everyday liberties that are so easy to take for granted. And for our founders, who bet everything on a radical idea: that people should be free to chase their dreams, practice their faith, and chart their own course.
